Blessed Are The Peacemakers Month of Kindness is a collaboration between local non-profits, businesses owners and police with the purpose of de-escalating tension within North Texas during local racial uncertainty. National communities are being inundated by violence, loss of life, post COVID realities and a divisive political environment.

The purpose of the “The Month of Kindness” is to show appreciation to nurses, first responders, senior citizens, and mothers. Additionally, support will  be shown to families impacted by COVID-19. We will be serving the following counties within the DFW metroplex: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman,Navarro Parker, Rockwall,Tarrant Van Zandt and Wise. Throughout the month, generous donations (i.e. teddy bears, gifts, cards,      t-shirts, and buttons) will be distributed at locations throughout North Texas.  The kick-off for this campaign will begin May 10th and continue through May 31st.

Blessed are the Peacemakers’ mission is to drive collaborative discussions between law enforcement, political figures, and concerned citizens. The objective of this organization is to bring awareness to senseless crime(s), divided communities and to work alongside leadership to develop a plan of action to rectify or remedy areas of conflict and sensitivity. The primary goal of the Month of Kindness is to counteract the indifference and hostile culture currently within our communities with kindness, gratitude, peace and appreciation. Some of the greatest words one can say is Thank You.
